First grade felt necklace

My first grade friend made this necklace for her mom when she was hanging out a couple of weeks back. I think it's FANTASTIC.

She just cut all the circles out and we stuck tiny  colored brads in the middle of them, then attached them all with the same brads to a black strip of felt we cut...because I couldn't fine my necklace string.

Isn't it cool? AND it looks GREAT on.
